ShotMarkup is designed to keep screenshot work local unless you intentionally use a cloud feature.

Information we process

When you create an account or use cloud sharing, we process account identifiers, subscription status, upload metadata, and the screenshots you choose to upload. Local captures remain on your Mac until you take an explicit sharing action.

How information is used

We use this information to provide authentication, subscription access, cloud storage, secure share links, support, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

Your controls

You can delete cloud uploads from the dashboard, revoke share links, and contact support to request account deletion.
