Terms

These terms govern use of the ShotMarkup macOS application, dashboard, cloud storage, and sharing services.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not use ShotMarkup to store or distribute unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed and managed through Apple. Features remain available while the corresponding subscription is active and may change as the product develops.

Your content

You retain ownership of screenshots and annotations you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, and share content at your direction.

Availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but cloud features may occasionally be unavailable. The service is provided without guarantees beyond those required by applicable law.
